Our flight was on July 20th, at 7 A.M., which meant that we had to leave super early to the airport.
It was also my first time taking the plane, and it made me sick! I felt noxious 3/4 of the time.
I'm not sure how I'm going to make it if I end up traveling to Hong Kong or something...
It looks like the Grand Canyon! Maybe it is haha.
5 and a half hours later, we landed at LAX, which was such a relief because I was getting tired of being on a plane!!
We got to D's aunty's house after a car ride of about 40 minutes to Irvine.
We settled down and we went to eat at a Thai restaurant, which was pretty good. I also tried Thai iced tea for the first time... it's okay. The only thing I didn't like about it was the after taste.
We walked around the area for a bit and I spotted a Yogurtland!! I miss it so much. :(
It also only cost 1.92$, say whaaaa? It's .32$ per oz. over there, and here it's around 0.52$
Later on in the evening, we went to Spectrum, which is an outdoor mall... with a ferris wheel and a carousel! It's a pretty eat place to walk around when the sun is down.
On the second day, we went to San Diego to go to an outlet. It's a beautiful city! I wouldn't mind living there, by the beach. Hmm.
We also went back to Spectrum that night and I went to Target for the first time. Love it.
On the third day, we were off to Las Vegas!

We went on a little stroll at night. It was still SOOOO hot outside, and full of drunk and weird people.

The next day, we woke up and walked on the strip.

We went to the Coca-Cola store, and the mascot is super duper adorable.
He even gave me a cheeky kiss when I say thank you! Awwww.

The next day, we drove back to Irvine, and just ran some errands, nothing special.
On day 6, we passed by Newport Beach and we also went to Outlet at Orange.
On day 7, we went to Santa Monica and went to the Americano Mall as well as Third Street Promenade.
On day 8, we went to the Shops at Mission Viejo, and ran some other errands again.
The next day, we went to Fashion Island, which is another outdoor mall.
Then in the evening, we went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory at Spectrum. I really wish we had one here, because it was delicious!
The avocado spring rolls were amazing.
I got a chicken and prawn gumbo. I got brown rice because I wanted to eat healthier... but I hate it haha. Aside from that, it was tasty.
We then went to ride the ferris wheel. :)
We didn't do anything special on day 10, so let's skip to day 11!

Nothing special on day 12, so skipping to day 13, where we went to Disneyland!
The last two days were pretty relaxed and we just went shopping here and there.
While waiting for our luggage after landing back home, I spotted this... someone, and D's sister and I totally freaked out.
Oh you know... just Channing Tatum... lol!
And this sums it up for the entire trip! Can't wait to travel more in the future. ❤
